Viewrest, submitted by Doug Powers, allows you to restore a named view by picking a point near that view. Load the LISP code, and type Vr at the Command line. Select a point on the screen and then the named view whose center point is closest to the selected point will be restored. If there are no named views in the drawing, the routine will report this and exit quietly. This routine saves time compared to opening the dialog and it allows you to restore a named view without knowing its name. |
