Here is a little tip that shows how to modify a parts list to better fit a drawing. Sometimes you need the extra real estate on your drawing for views — not the parts list.

Double-click on the Parts list, or right-click and select Edit Parts list.

Select the Table Layout tab.

In the Parts list Table Layout dialog box, check Enable Automatic Wrap and set the maximum number of rows to your desired result. In this case I used 8. Select OK twice and view the results.
