Cadalyst Tip Reviewer Brian Benton explains the cloud integration that is built into AutoCAD 2013.
"AutoCAD 2013 has Autodesk 360 integration built in. Autodesk 360 is Autodesk’s cloud service, and anyone can get a free account, which includes 3 GB of free cloud-based storage. It also has a setting-syncing ability that allows you to log onto your settings while in AutoCAD. That means that you can customize AutoCAD on one machine, and easily apply those settings to another machine. The cloud-based storage also means that you can access your files from any place that you can connect to the Internet (these files are also available to you through Autodesk’s Mobile apps). Autodesk 360 also has file revision history." |
