This doesn't work like regular Divide in that it doesn't ask you to select an Ellipse, but rather to specify a center point and isometric radius value. For a routine that asks you to select an existing Ellipse, either full [closed] or partial [elliptical arc], and that works on Ellipses of ANY axis ratio [not just isometric ones], see Tip #4091, "Divide Ellipses".
