Frequent tip contributor Leland Leahy uses this routine at his job to adjust objects in the z-axis, or nudge them up or down based on a user-defined increment. Start by loading the LISP file, then type in the command 3DNUDGE. Select the objects to nudge and provide a nudge distance. Next press 8+Enter to nudge up, or move positive in the z-axis direction; or press 2+Enter to move down, or negative in the z-axis. When you are done, just press Enter to exit the command. |
