bub-note.lsp. Variation of traditional bubble, it asks you to select text, then surrounds it with rectangular bubble.

Here is a neat variation on the traditional bubble. BUBNOTE.LSP asks you to select the text elements you want to call attention to and then automatically surrounds the text with a rectangular bubble. You can then specify a leader from any side or corner at any angle. It works with regular text and mtext.
