USA-FLAG.LSP. Corrected version of last month's tip displays the stars in the proper configuration.

Tip #1910 [USA-FLAG.LSP]
Here is a revised copy of USA-FLAG.LSP. The original published in the September 2003 issue draws the stars incorrectly. The American flag has six rows of five stars and five rows of four stars. This version draws them correctly.
