Press CTRL+Tab to cycle between drawings in AutoCAD.

Craig McGrath sent us a method to instantly cycle through AutoCAD drawings.

"For all those keyboarders, a tip learned from Photoshop applicable to AutoCAD and any other Windows program for switching between windows. Simply CTRL+Tab to cycle between drawings in AutoCAD and the same to cycle between open windows in any other program."

NOTES FROM CADALYST TIP PATROL: If you press Shift+CTRL+Tab you will cycle through your open drawings in the opposite direction. This is a Windows keyboard shortcut. Most (if not all) Windows keyboard shortcuts will work inside AutoCAD because it runs within Windows. For example, CTRL+C will copy AutoCAD objects to the Windows clipboard where you can press CTRL+V to paste them. CTRL+S will save, etc.

One thing to remember is "CTRL-C", etc.. will only work if your Options-User Preferences have been set to accept "Windows Standard Accelerator Keys". Also, I did not see that Alt-Tab will cycle between "opened" windows. This makes it easy to go from one application to another (especially if you hide your task bar).
