Command name: BATTING2. Asks for start & end points, and insulation thickness. Draws series of end-to-end but independent Arcs & Lines, always on left of virtual line between user points. Undo does one Arc/Line at a time. Does not do curved paths, or selection of an existing path. Loops are spaced slightly apart.
