Craft stirrups for structure beams.

Frequent contributor Raymond Rizkallah sends us a utility used in AutoCAD to create stirrups for structure beams in millimeter drawing units. Start by loading the LISP routine, then enter ST2 at the Command prompt, and pick two to four points to form your shaped stirrups in double lines. For single lines, use the command ST1 instead. Although this is a large LISP routine, it should be fairly easy to modify if needed, thanks to nice formatting by Raymond.
