Load and unload xrefs more quickly than you can with the Xref palette.

Matt Sibum has created a routine to quickly unload and reload external reference drawings. This can be used for isolation of xrefs, and it is very fast to use. After you load the LISP file, type in the command name XXX. A dialog will appear that lists each attached xref with a checkbox. Currently loaded xrefs are checked, and unloaded xrefs are unchecked. At this point you can choose to reload or unload all or some, toggle the status of the xrefs, or just view the current status. If you load and unload xrefs frequently, you will find this to be faster than using the Xref palette. Matt's LISP code creates the DCL file for the dialog on the fly, so there is no external DCL file to worry about.

I'm interested as to how much time it can really save. Looking forward to comparisons.
