Dave White has created a routine that helps him to quickly create various tolerances in his AutoCAD drawing without having to change dimension styles. To get started, load the LISP file, then type in the command Toler. You can choose between a plus/minus or a high/low tolerance. Then enter the desired number and pick a point — that's all there is to it. The layer, textstyle, and text height of the tolerance are all coded into the LISP routine. The code contains enough comments to make it easy for you to change these items to suit your standards. |
