Have you ever had a small dimension where the text was bleeding into the arrowhead? With multi-function grips you have the option to flip the arrowhead to the other side of the dimension extension line. I use this feature all the time.

Select the dimension and hover over the grip at the end of the dimension line. When the menu appears, select Flip Arrow.
