I’m still surprised by the number of people I talk to who have been using Autocad or one of its vertical products for years and do not know about the dropdown arrow next to the Undo button in the Quick Access Toolbar.
Activate the dropdown menu and select the number of commands you want to undo. Thie saves your U key on your keyboard no end!
As far as I can tell, this allows you to undo commands back to when you first opened the drawing.
Notes from Cadalyst tip reviewer R.K. McSwain: Dean's tip is spot on. I also see many users who are not aware of this feature. If you need to perform several U commands, this is a great time saver.
