Convert imperial units to metric or vice versa.

Contributor Jan Bath sends us a routine used to convert imperial to metric or vice versa, built around the Offset and/or Circle commands. After you load the LISP file, run the command CF to enter feet/inches and convert to meters, or enter the command CM to enter meters and convert to feet/inches. At the next prompt, enter the distance in the units specified, then choose whether to apply this to the Offset or Circle command, then finish up by making a pick on the screen to complete the chosen command.
