Scale objects in AutoCAD drawings to match existing objects instead of numerical values.

This routine allows you to scale objects in an AutoCAD drawing based on a reference length. Ron Adams wrote this to scale objects when he doesn't care about numerical values, but wants to match any existing object. To use, load the LISP routine. then type in the command SCG. Select your objects, then choose a base point. Next, you will select both a starting reference point and a new reference point (each measured from the base point). Watch as your object is scaled accordingly. This quick little routine gets the job done.

As mentioned this is in the scale command, even easier is to use the ALIGN command, answer Yes to the scale prompt.
