Frequent tipster Leonid Nemirovsky sent us a trick on opening AutoCAD.
If you have a Sheetset created for the project, for example MYSHEETSET.DST, you can find that file using Windows Explorer, double click on it. That will start up AutoCAD and activate selected sheetset, so you can start drawings from there.

Notes from Cadalyst Tip Patrol:  This is a good way to start your day.  If you load AutoCAD with profiles, be careful though.  This method will load the profile you were using when you closed AutoCAD, so you might not open AutoCAD exactly the way you need to.
Tested in AutoCAD 2009
