You don't need the keyboard, ribbon, or Command line to move and copy objects.

Kevin Bradberry sent in an AutoCAD tip that will show you how to move or copy objects with just a few clicks.

"This method is excellent for quick moves or copies when the final object location is not precise. First highlight an object, then (with the cursor anywhere you like) hold down the right mouse button, and you can drag the object around the screen. Finally, when you let go of the right mouse button, and before the part is released, a shortcut menu will appear that contains Move Here, Copy Here, Paste as Block, and Cancel options."

Notes from Cadalyst Tip Reviewer Brian Benton:
This is a good time-saving tip; you can move or copy objects with just a few clicks. You don’t need the keyboard, ribbon, or Command line, just your mouse. You can use this trick with one selected object or a selection set containing multiple objects. You can only move/copy along a 2D plane, but you can select 3D objects, not just 2D objects.

This is not a new tip, however, it was one of the most useful tips I ever received. I use it constantly every day.

The short cut menu also includes "paste as a block" which I find is a very helpful tool. Jack Jones

It's useful, but if we need to move/copy objects from specific point to another specific point or move/copy with specific amount and it's not possible with this method.
