Define a temporary line to which you can trim other entities.

This routine, another from Alan Thompson, gives more flexibility to the Trim command in AutoCAD. Essentially, it allows you to define a temporary line to which you can trim other entities. When you are finished, the temporary line is erased. Start by loading the LISP file, then type in the command TRX. Pick two points to define a line, then the regular Trim command will start, using the temporary line as the trim boundary.
