Change the masking factor to enlarge or reduce the amount of masking applied.

When you enable text masking on a dimension in AutoCAD, it's named Fill Color in the Properties dialog. There is no way to change the masking factor, however, to enlarge or reduce the amount of masking applied — until now. Michael Partenheimer has written a routine to do just that. Load the LISP file, then type in the command DFR. The AutoCAD default factor for dimensions is 1.25, and the default for this routine is 1.12. You can change that setting to whatever you like, including larger numbers to increase the size. This setting is retained for future executions of this command, within the same drawing. Great idea, Michael.
